StemNGO Jobs Kenya ("StemNGO Jobs", "we", "us", "our") operates the website www.stemngo.co.ke, a job board connecting STEM and NGO/development-sector jobseekers with recruiters in Kenya. • Job application data — when you apply to a listing, we may forward relevant details to the employer or route you to the employer's own application system, which is subject to that employer's own privacy practices.

When you apply for a job through a listing on this site, information you choose to submit (such as your CV) may be shared with the recruiter or employer named in that listing, or you may be redirected to an external application page they control. We are not responsible for how third-party employers or recruiters handle information you submit directly to them.

We retain contact form submissions and job-related enquiries for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to them and to maintain records of recruiter and jobseeker interactions, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

6. Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, contact us using the details in Section 8. We will respond within a reasonable time.

7. Children's privacy

This site is intended for jobseekers and recruiters and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18.
