These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.stemngo.co.ke (the "Site"), operated by StemNGO Jobs Kenya ("StemNGO Jobs", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Site, as a jobseeker, recruiter, or visitor, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site is intended for jobseekers, recruiters and organisations operating in or hiring for Kenya's STEM and NGO/development sectors. You must be at least 18 years old to submit a job listing, CV service request, or contact form on the Site.
Job listings on this Site are submitted by recruiters and employers, or curated by StemNGO Jobs from public sources. We do our best to verify listings but do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or that any listed vacancy is still open. Applying to a job is at your own discretion, and you should independently verify any employer before sharing sensitive personal information or paying any fee in connection with a job application. StemNGO Jobs is not a party to, and is not responsible for, the employment relationship between jobseekers and recruiters.
Recruiters submitting listings agree that the information provided is accurate and that the vacancy is genuine. We reserve the right to edit, reject, or remove any listing at our discretion, including listings that are misleading, discriminatory, request upfront payment from applicants, or otherwise violate these Terms.
Featured and bundle job-posting packages are offered at the prices displayed on the Recruiters page at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change without notice for future purchases. Paid listings are published within the timeframes described on that page on a best-efforts basis. Refunds, where applicable, are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us via the contact form.
CV writing and review services described on the CV Services page are provided on a best-efforts basis to improve the presentation and ATS-compatibility of your CV. We do not guarantee that use of these services will result in a job offer or interview.

The Site may link to external application pages, employer websites, or advertisements served through Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites linked from or advertised on the Site.
The Site design, branding, and original written content (including career guides) belong to StemNGO Jobs Kenya unless otherwise noted. Job listing content remains the property of the submitting recruiter or its original source.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any listing, CV outcome, or recruiter interaction will meet your expectations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StemNGO Jobs Kenya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including reliance on any job listing or interaction with any recruiter or jobseeker.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
